3. Service Agreements and Quotes

When you request a quote or engage our services:

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued
• Quotes are based on information provided and may be adjusted if requirements change
• A signed service agreement is required before service commencement
• Service rates are subject to change with 30 days written notice
• Additional charges may apply for overtime, special equipment, or emergency services

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your security needs
• Ensure access to premises for our personnel as scheduled
• Cooperate with our security staff and provide necessary safety information
• Pay all invoices according to the agreed payment terms
• Notify us immediately of any changes to security requirements
• Not interfere with or obstruct our security personnel in performing their duties

5. Payment Terms

• Invoices are issued according to the billing schedule in your service agreement
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All quoted prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest level of security services, certain limitations apply:

• Security services are provided on a best-effort basis and cannot guarantee absolute prevention of all incidents
• We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
• We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from client negligence or failure to follow security recommendations
• Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) are not covered

7. Insurance and Licensing

Pennington Security maintains appropriate insurance coverage and holds the necessary licenses to operate as a security services provider in California.
